Flourish in Flow is designed with your life in mind: hop into a live restorative Yoga session, do a quick guided meditation, or ask a question on the community message board. You can do any of these practices in 30 minutes or less.
Each month gives you a focus and key habits you can incorporate to make healthy living a natural part of your day. Plus, there are additional guides and tutorials to support you on your journey.

Meet Sam
Hi, I’m Sam, founder of Spiro Collective. I’m an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, nutrition PhD, and Yoga Instructor with over 2,500 hours of teaching experience. I’ve seen the power of Yoga and s and clients, and I also know that it can be difficult to implement change.
I created Flourish in Flow to provide a simple structure and framework for your self-care journey. It’s all about feasible and effective practices, rooted in the power of nature, that allow you to be the best version of YOU, every day. I look forward to thriving with you!
Yes! The Yoga I teach is slow moving and restorative, there is no Yoga experience necessary. It's not about flexibility or big muscles. We also have a “new to Yoga” section in the portal that can teach you basic fundamentals. And I'm available for questions at anytime.
We have weekly virtual classes:
Tuesdays 6-7pm ET
Thursdays 11:30am-12pm ET
We additionally have Full and New Moon Yoga sessions that are held on evenings every two weeks. The days rotate based on the new and full moon schedule.
I love it when you can join live! But even if you can't, recordings from the classes are posted within 24 hours.

You get a free 7 days to see if Flourish in Flow is right for you. You can cancel anytime during that 7 day period and never pay a cent.
After the 7 day period, you can cancel your membership at any time. There are no cancellation fees or restrictions.
My recommendation is to set aside 30 minutes, twice per week, to move through the content. If you have more or less time than that - no problem! There are ways for you to tailor your experience.
Ultimately, this program is designed to provide a daily background intention and direction to your self-care and wellness practices, so you can determine when and how much time you spend on the specific practices I make available to you.
No matter what comes up in your day-to-day life, this membership will remain a grounding, consistent force, helping guide you.
The community message board is always here for you to ask questions, share wins, and troubleshoot obstacles as you go through the program. You receive a suggested calendar and program outline, so you can plan out how to make the most of your membership, and your success is easier. If you fall behind, the community is there to support you and encourage you.
This membership gives you grounding and direction so you have an actual strategy to move forward. Sometimes moving forward means taking small steps, which for my all-or-nothing people can be hard, but it’s so much better than doing nothing!
